Grande Consumo – Recheio Masterchef renews its online presence with Toogas

Toogas was the company responsible for creating the e-commerce platform for Recheio Masterchef, the “food service” operator of Recheio. With the aim of “strengthening its proximity to consumers, the new portal also offers the added convenience of simplified account creation and the acquisition of new customers.”

“It is exciting to partner with a leading and reference brand in its field in Portugal, which is constantly seeking to innovate its services and online presence. The biggest challenge was making all relevant information available to the customer in a centralized way. This project was also a test for the teams, carried out entirely remotely due to the onset of the pandemic,” explains Guilherme Aniceto, CIO of Toogas.

“The project provides a portal for HoReCa clients – and others who wish to have deliveries at their establishments. With this new portal, access to creating new accounts has also been simplified, with close support from the MasterChef contact center. In terms of financials and order history, the information provided is designed with an omnichannel approach, ensuring that all information and orders made through various channels are available at the click of a button.”
