CNN Portugal – FC Porto launches new online store in partnership with software giant

New platform integrates pioneering Technological Transformation Program in Portugal

FC Porto launched its new online store this Monday. The new platform was developed using the Adobe Commerce solution by the local partner Toogas, with the support of Altice and Sapo.

According to the club, this is the first step into a new technological era, which involves repositioning the brand in the digital realm.

The FC Porto Technological Transformation Program was launched in June 2022, mobilizing various departments within the club, along with national and international partners, including Adobe, the global technological solution adopted by the club.

Pioneering in Portugal, with parallels only to clubs like Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, FC Porto’s technological project aims to create a new digital ecosystem, developed from scratch and designed with the fan experience in mind. In this regard, FC Porto has stated it is working on new digital platforms that will offer more video content, focused on mobile consumption.

The club promises new updates soon, both for the online store, ticketing, and its relationship with partners.
